I sent the products into this company and received notification of when they received the package. They kept me informed of the entire process and sent my check within a few days. Enjoyed doing business with them and will do it again.

Awful experiences, I ordered a box of Medtronic infusion sets, and paid for expedited shipping only to not have the product on the date it was supposed to arrive but to to have the order canceled 2 days after it was supposed to arrive. I did contact support a day after it should have arrived, which is only a message service, and they assure it would looked into and I guess their solution was to just cancel he order. Now I have lost a week to try and find another option as I am on my last infusion set.

Hello, If you can provide an order number I can look into this further. The only time we cancel orders is when they're flagged as fraud by Shopify. If there was a mistake on our end we'll rectify it.

Your reps made everything clear and easy to complete the transactions. Most of all you were honest which you don't always find online.

I was hesitant about the legitamacy of companies buying unused diabetes supplies, but the process was very smooth with upfront pricing and quick turnaround. Won't hesitate to use them again in the future. As a bonus, I was able to reclaim a full shelf of space in my linen closet. Win- win

It was all straight forward, and fairly simple enough and real. It be nice if they had a coulpe more pay out options. But they're legit!
