Excellent, prompt, and accurate services!! A+++ in my book!!!

I never got the chance to send any supplies to them because the customer service rep was awful. She was very rude and very uninformative. It seemed a huge task to get any info out of her as to how this company works with payments and such. Customer service is everything and unfortunately it really turned me off from the company. If they aren’t screening their calls; they should really start. As for the response from the teststripz company... Thank you for the apology for the rude customer service rep (ha) as I stated above, I could only rate this review based on the awful customer service. If I were able to get past the first step then maybe it would’ve been a better experience? You apparently do not hold yourselves accountable for the people you hire to answer your phone calls. Seems you would rather place blame on the people who give you a bad rating based on their personal experience with you. It doesn’t matter how far I got in the company with services and such...what matters is your customer service sucks. Fix it. Your competition is looking A LOT better. I tried to try out your company but definitely will not try that again. Customer service means everything to the customer. Get it together.
