Hi Shirley, I investigated this further and we sent payment on May 13th, but your PayPal account is Unverified. To verify the account you have to contact PayPal directly and they'll be able to help you, but the money is there :) You actually sent an extra box of lancets so the final amount was slightly higher. I have used a different company in the past and it took me several months and legal threats to get the money from them. With teststripz.com You can see on the website the progress of your order. As soon as they receive the product they sent the check out. They’ve been a great company I highly recommend them. If you have excess diabetic supplies you need to get rid of they are a fantastic company.
