I sent them 2 boxes
I sent them 2 boxes. They called and said they weren't going to pay for them. When I asked them to send me back my products, the refused. So they turn around and sell them and I get nothing. NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

Hi John There's one important correction: You sent us unused test strips that we CANNOT accept by law and DO NOT buy. Our Terms and Conditions are very clear. We cannot accept boxes that are expired due to FDA regulations. The boxes you sent us expired in 06/2018 and 07/2018. Our Office Manager, Marlene, explained this at length and emailed you the photos. When you send us boxes, we cover all shipping costs. We're not forcing you to sell your supplies, and we're certainly not trying to steal them. We simply can't cover shipping your package both ways. If the error was on our end, we'd had resolved it. If you send us a mailing return label, we'll gladly send the boxes back. Our goal is not to scam you, but to conduct business legally. If you'd been civil and reasonable about this, we would have likely shipped the supplies back, and even paid for it. You didn't. I have absolute trust in and respect for our Management. When any customer starts making false accusations and hanging up on our employees, I take it very seriously. Your complaint is noted. Please feel free to contact me directly at 617 571 1866 if you'd like. Or send a return label and we'll gladly mail back your expired supplies. Otherwise, they'll be donated or destroyed per our Terms and Conditions. Chad Langley
