I have used TestStripz several times and never had a issue that is until now. I got my check on 1/07/2020 took it put it in my bank. Well on 1/15/2020my bank contacted me that TestStripz had stopped payment on the check . So I contacted TestStrips on 1/15/2020 to find out what the people was as I have never had a issue anyways I was told there was a change in banks and so happens my check was one of the ones from the old bank so the service rep said a new check was issued along with the bank fee on 1/16/2020 I have not gotten the check yet but hopefully soon I totally understand changing banks and I even got a follow up e mail stating a new check was issued hopefully they got this figured out but now my bank has told me if I get another check the bank will put a 5 day hold on the check to see if it clears first understand that so from now on I will go through PayPal

I have been using TeseStripz for a number of years I tried numerous companies with most being bad experiences. Some were on recommendations of others But I always come back to TestStripz. I have never had an issue with payment have had numerous contacts with customer service and have nothing but praise for their professionalism. Yes their prices change but I figure that is the demand of the market of the product. Most complaints are human error of not reading instructions or just not comprehending. I have also not been paid for an unopened box I have no reason to believe I was lied to on the matter Sorry to say "Sh-T happens". I thank them for their services as me and my mother are on a fixed income and rely on this extra money as a way of supplementing our household income which by allowing us to keep food on the table.
