It was very easy to get label to ship product to them, I sent mine in ON JAN 19th 2020 and still have not received any information or check. They haven't answered my calls or emails. A machine answers the phone. Not one call or check, it is now MARCH 8th 2020, the only email i received was saying it depends when it comes in and how many before. I should receive within 20 days, well its been past that and then some...Please answer why I haven't received a check or letter, Or send my test strips back please..
