I sent a package to them on Thursday Sept 10, 2020 at 2:55 pm via Fedex using the label Teststripz.com sent me via download and I sent pictures of all sides of the boxes via email to Marlene and was given the ok that they looked good. I even sent photos of packing before I closed and sealed the box and after it was sealed. I got a ok on that also. When I checked out, I chose the option of being paid via my PayPal Account because I would get paid within 24 hours. It has been more than 24 hours. I even sent a email to let Marlene know that I checked Fedex this morning on Friday Sept. 11, 2020 that it looked like they would not get the package until Thursday Sept. 17, 2020 and said I guess I won't see my payment until Friday Sept. 18, 2020. The email I get back is thank you for letting me know. I sent another email about payment and I get nothing. I call them and someone named Heidi or something like that tells me it would be 48 hours for payment and I would have to call back and speak with Marlene on Monday. So the 24 hour PayPal payment is BS. So i know have to wait another day or a week to get my payment and so I can get something to eat. Thanks for nothing teststripz.com. I would not recommend. I may not get payment at all. Won't make this mistake again.....
