TeststripzReviews of teststripz.com

Very fast seamless system fast turn around

Some small issue with check, the customer service representative went above and beyond to make it right. The representative couldn’t have been more attentive, professional and understanding. Was one of the best customer service experiences I have had with any company in a long time

Everything from logging on to printing out the label with us as simple as to be. The turnaround time from when you ship to when you receive funding is relatively short, the only one suggestion I would have was to find an alternative way of making payment other than through PayPal or mailing a check. PayPal charges you for the transaction and then as well charges you again to transferred into your account!

Always fast and courteous service.

Teststrips is a very reliable company. They keep their word.

The markup Teststripz adds over what they pay you is as bad as many of the retail concerns. Just another rip-off of people with Diabetes.

This company is the best one I have dealt with by far. Honest and fast. I have used them several times and decided one time to use a different company (QuickCash4teststrips) as they were offering more $. That was the worst choice. It took me 3 months to get my money and they said my boxes were under the expiration required and damaged. Teststripz actually was so honest that I put my quantity in wrong for my test strips and put one box as lancets. They changed the total to more then what I was quoted as they found I made an error. Do not use any other company this one is all you need.

Sent them some test strips, got good price, fast payment excellent transaction. There was a slight snafu because I sent them 3 more boxes than I listed on the invoice. A quick e-mail and the next day they sent me a check for the extra boxes. Wonderful customer service. Teststripz will be my go to when I sell test strips in the future.
