Hi Sharon, I reviewed the photos from your last order and the boxes were significantly torn from labels being removed. In the future we'd ask that you allow us to remove any labels, but feel free to black out any personal information with a permanent marker. If you'd like a copy of the photos from your last order we can certainly send them along! Thank you, Chris
