They’re very fast with their responses. One thing I don’t like is how picky they are. If a box has the tiniest scratch or the corner is slightly bent like you can barely notice, they deduct money off what they owe you. Sending in supplies is going to cause those things no matter what. I’ve used bubble wrap and it still happens.

This company pays the best and the same day. I emailed a question and received a reply within 15 minutes. My one little gripe is that they don't use zelle for digital payments just paypal. Aside from that this company is A+++.
