To start with, I was quoted a price over the phone but was paid less. Then I sent perishables as instructed, but they were delayed by the transporter, and I was punished for it. No I will not use your service nor recommend you to anyone.

Hi, Charles, thank you for the frank review. We welcome the opportunity to make amends. We reviewed your transactions and determined that we returned to you several items we could not buy that were short dated, damaged or nonqualified for some reason. Since we returned items back to you, the payment amount was less than the price range quoted over the phone. We graded with grace one item at a 10% lesser price with an inexplicable orange spot. A couple of items lacked an NDC number of which we could not buy and returned to you. Our terms state that we do not return items, but in this instance we felt returning your items was the correct path. In no way were you punished for late arriving items. We hope this clears up why we paid what we paid and would be delighted to work with you again. Thank you. Tsam Team
