Hello Tawora, we appreciate the feedback. We reviewed your transactions, and it appears when we received your items the boxes were creased or crushed. As our website states we cannot purchase items with damaged boxes. Our pricing is scaled on expiration date along with box condition. I also seen the items we did not purchase were sent back to you as a courtesy, this is not our normal practice per our terms. We do make mistakes but as you stated we sent another check to correct the error, we want to thank you for your business. Tsam Team

Hi CK, Thank you for your review. Your boxes actually had paint flecks missing, it appeared that your labels were partially removed before shipping. We ask sellers to allow us to remove labels to insure product integrity and better pricing. Our national buyers buy perfect boxes for the highest price and our secondary buyers buy damaged boxes for lesser prices. Our buyers demand full disclosure of the legitimate condition of all boxes. We hope this clears up our process for grading and we invite all sellers to call us should they have a question about our grading prior to transacting business. Many of our competitors only take photos of damaged boxes as evidence for reduced pricing, whereas we videotape the opening of boxes as evidence. We will be glad to send you photos of the boxes in question, we try to be very transparent in our process. Thank you again. Tsam Team

Hi, Lawrence, thank you for the review. We strive to pay fair prices quickly. We do pay a wholesale price for items in which we resell to national buyers as stated in our Terms. We do price competitively and we do not price match as some competitors offer unrealistic prices to maintain a business. We are available by phone, text and email. Hi, Charles, thank you for the frank review. We welcome the opportunity to make amends. We reviewed your transactions and determined that we returned to you several items we could not buy that were short dated, damaged or nonqualified for some reason. Since we returned items back to you, the payment amount was less than the price range quoted over the phone. We graded with grace one item at a 10% lesser price with an inexplicable orange spot. A couple of items lacked an NDC number of which we could not buy and returned to you. Our terms state that we do not return items, but in this instance we felt returning your items was the correct path. In no way were you punished for late arriving items. We hope this clears up why we paid what we paid and would be delighted to work with you again. Thank you. Tsam Team
