Hi, Faith, the boxes we received from you were short dated and priced accordingly. Items a year out pay a better price as shown on our website. You inquired as to our pricing and we replied with photographs from our video of your items. Our screenshots illustrate the short dates and the dents and dings. We actually graded your items with 'grace' based on damage. One of your boxes did have tab damage of which we could not buy. Hi, James, thank you for the revised review. We are grateful that you gave us an opportunity to discuss how we do what we do in a follow-up phone call. We have kept our original reply so others may understand how we perform some of our functions. Original reply. We just received your newest request to purchase more items so it appears that even though you have scored us with a low review, you are giving us an opportunity to improve our rating. We reviewed your transactions and we priced your items accordingly as we pay a wholesale amount. We reviewed your request form along with a handwritten notes describing quoted prices. A few of your items had damage of which we could not purchase. We generally do not return items but in this case we did return these particular items as a courtesy. We do ask clients to send us pristine items with no damage dated properly for the best prices. We hope this clears up any confusion. Thank you. Tsam Team

We do price competitively and we do not price match as some competitors offer unrealistic prices to maintain a business. We are available by phone, text and email.
