Are not true to their word
Firstly i called before having my items shipped out I was quoted $78 per box of my omnipod 5’s-. I let them know the dates on my 4 boxes and asked more than once to verify that $78 wiuld be the purchase price of each- i get a payment which i admit was in a timely manner but only received $45 per box rather than the $78 quoted- i called to let them know that i expected more and that i receive the remainder of my deposit- The rep bs me i said said this isnt what i was quoted, and proceeded to tell him i could send money back- He was like Ofcourse we can if thats what you want to do and i guess because i said yes-he started to have amnesia, did goes to say have you read our terms and conditions i said yes i have- then says we cant return once receive- i can understand that but you literally just said you would return them to me if i sent funds back- so just as before he so say couldnt remember what he just said. It would be nice to receive what i was quoted instead of getting the run around.
