I've done business with them for years. Used to be great. But payment is slow now where it didn't used to be. Their email to me gave a tracking number for the payment but it's showing they never mailed it. I left 2 voice mails no one returned. Called again today and was blown off by the lady I talked to. She said they don't track the payments.... then why email me a tracking number??? A simple return call would have eased my mind, but no one could be bothered. Won't use them again... their payment amounts are lower than most other companies anyway. I stuck with them because of the prior great service. No more... there's other (better) fish in the sea. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere. Loved the reply to reach out.... I tried twice and no one would call back. Again..... used these guys for years but no more. It's so easy to blame your customer than to take accountability. I didn't ask for tracking on my package because I've never needed it. THEY are the ones who sent a tracking number to me in the email acknowledging they got my package. Why send me a number that isn't even valid? All that does is cause more confusion. You all need to review your own work and fix the messed up process that you have. Stop blaming your customers for your stupid actions.

Whenever i send my products to test strips 4 money they are very quick with my payment. I only trust them. There customer service very friendly and helpful.
