Hi Luis, On July 29th, a check for the full amount plus a bonus was created for you. As my employees mentioned when you spoke to them today, we will handle this. Even if the price drops within that 14 day period you will get the higher price. Hi Alexis, Thank you for leaving a review of my company. We appreciate all feedback positive or negative. On the form, you selected the "retail" Freestyle Lite test strips but you sent in "mail order" boxes. We pay differently for mail order and retail boxes. It's always best to compare the boxes you will be sending in to the picture on our website. This will ensure there are no surprises in the payment you are expecting. Hi Ruben, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for the miscommunication. We try to answer every email in a timely manner but seems we missed your last one. We base the shipping weight on what you were going to send in plus some extra for the weight of the box and stuffing. We didn't add enough for your shipment, unfortunately. I looked into your payment and found the payment to be correct based on what we received. 2 boxes had magic marker fingerprints on them, which can not be removed. Damaged boxes are paid at reduced pricing. Pictures and an explanation were emailed to you when we processed your payment. Hi Daniel, I am sorry you were not happy with the payment you received. 2 of the boxes were open and 3 of them had damage from label removal.
