Hi, We do not charge PayPal fees; PayPal does. We note this on the payment form so there wouldn't be any surprises. We do offer two other fee-free payment options, Zelle and business checks. Thanks again for selling to us. Adam

Hi Hawk, I am not sure this review is for us, I have requested more information from you through TrustPilot so I can investigate. We do not have a "D Hawk" that has been a customer of ours. Once we have your information I will further investigate it. As of today, all customers that have sold to us have been paid. We make payments within 1 business day. You can also call us at 888-326-2213. Adam

I sent in the last of my products that I had to get rid of to get some extra money and the products was in excellent condition and when I received my money, they paid me less than what i was quoted for and they claimed that I sent in damaged products when I know they were not damaged. They just don't want to pay out what they are supposed to pay, they will cheat you out of money. I will not do business with them again and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Hi Patricia, I just looked at our last payment to you in February, and the items were damaged. We sent photos of your items with your prescription label still attached to the items. We always recommend that our customers take photos of every side of every box before sending them to us. We are always 100% honest about the condition we receive an item in, and take photos if something is not acceptable. The damage extended under your label and was most likely caused when the pharmacy removed another label and applied yours. Part of the top of the box was ripped as well as some missing from the label removal. We never remove labels from boxes before making a payment. We pay for a box exactly as it is sent to us by the customer. If the box arrives damaged it is paid at a reduced price, we are always fair. While I'm disappointed you won't be selling to us again, I appreciate the years of business and hope you'll change your mind in the future. Adam 888-326-2213

Failing to proactively address issues or concerns from customers like me, also demonstrates a lack of interest in improving good service. Also does not address issues as soon as possible, rather lets them linger. Ask for mailing labels over 3 weeks ago, but have yet to receive them.

Hi L, I have reuested more information about this from you through TrustPilot. You left almost the same review for another company 3 days ago so I am not sure this review is based on your expeirince with us. But I would like to invesigate it as we aim to provide exceptional customer service. You can also email us at [email protected] or call 888-326-2213 on Tuesday(we are closed for the holiday on Monday). I look forward to hearing back and see if this was about another company or if there was an issue on our side. Thank you, Adam

They are absolute crooks, took all my items and made up some story about how seals were broken and items were missing. They would not send the boxes back like most other companies have to me in the past. The pictures they provided showed nothing of what they were claiming. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ADAM and these crooks!

Hi Roy, We only accept factory sealed boxes and the items listed on our website. We mention this in multiple emails as well as the payment form we sent to you. The receiver was open and you sent us an empty Transmitter box. The 2 sensors were samples and we specifically mention on our website that we only purchase 012, 013 and 011 coded sensors. Yours were coded 030, which we do not purchase. A photo of your shipment was sent to you for documentation. Per the terms and conditions, you agreed to, you would only send us items that we purchase. As you sent incorrectly coded boxes, an open box and an empty box we could not make any payment for the items. We do not return boxes which is on the payment form we sent you as well as on our FAQ section on the website. The following was sent via email on 4/23/24 at 9:21pm and 10:22pm after you filled out the form selecting the wrong items: "Please do not send any items not listed on our website. We do not purchase them and they will not be returned." You selected that you were going to be sending in 013 coded sensors. You sent 030, which is different that what you filled out. We have provided all of the information to you prior to shipping your items so it would avoid any issues. I am sorry you were not happy with the outcome but we did everything in our power to inform you prior to you shipping items to us that we do not purchase. Adam
customer
check date issuance given 2 dates.
Response from TestStrips4Money.comFeb 22, 2024
Hi, I am not sure I understand what you are referring to. Your items were received on the 12th and a check was issued on the 12th, the same day. The check MAY have gone out on the 13th if the post office picked up before your check was printed. But the payment was issued the same day we received your items. We are always available by calling us at 888-326-2213 or emailing us if there are any issues. I appreciate your continued business. Adam

On my first order they cheated me.

They received product on Tuesday of last week, funds were suppose to be sent by Zelle, they said they couldn’t find my number… with my job I use Zelle everyday. No one called to confirm said a check was mailed, I still have not received it. Mail time from NY to SC is not more than 5days. I was told yesterday I would have to wait 21 days before they can reissue if I never receive it. I will definitely not use them again.
