You’re not paying enough for the strips that I sent you. I sent you 300. I thought they were$18 a box or I would have looked for another company. Disappointed.

Thank you for your review. I understand why the payment was disappointing, especially since you were expecting a different amount based on what you sent in. We currently pay $18 per box for Guide 100’s. Based on the boxes that were processed, your payment came to $36. Because the total was under our $55 minimum for free shipping, a $5 shipping charge was deducted, bringing the final payment to $31. We know shipping costs can be frustrating, and unfortunately, postage has become so expensive that we’ve had to set a minimum payment amount for free shipping. Adam
