They are absolute crooks
They are absolute crooks, took all my items and made up some story about how seals were broken and items were missing. They would not send the boxes back like most other companies have to me in the past. The pictures they provided showed nothing of what they were claiming. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ADAM and these crooks!

Hi Roy, We only accept factory sealed boxes and the items listed on our website. We mention this in multiple emails as well as the payment form we sent to you. The receiver was open and you sent us an empty Transmitter box. The 2 sensors were samples and we specifically mention on our website that we only purchase 012, 013 and 011 coded sensors. Yours were coded 030, which we do not purchase. A photo of your shipment was sent to you for documentation. Per the terms and conditions, you agreed to, you would only send us items that we purchase. As you sent incorrectly coded boxes, an open box and an empty box we could not make any payment for the items. We do not return boxes which is on the payment form we sent you as well as on our FAQ section on the website. The following was sent via email on 4/23/24 at 9:21pm and 10:22pm after you filled out the form selecting the wrong items: "Please do not send any items not listed on our website. We do not purchase them and they will not be returned." You selected that you were going to be sending in 013 coded sensors. You sent 030, which is different that what you filled out. We have provided all of the information to you prior to shipping your items so it would avoid any issues. I am sorry you were not happy with the outcome but we did everything in our power to inform you prior to you shipping items to us that we do not purchase. Adam
