Hi Karl, USPS marks items delivered to the mail box, not that we have picked it up. You have been selling to us since 2017, not one time have we mislead you about anything. We always make payments within 1 business day of receiving the items on our offices. We have shipped and received 10s of 1000's of packages and USPS does not always have accurate information on their tracking information. I am sorry you were not 100% happy with the transaction but I do value your feedback and we are always trying to get better.
