Hi Patricia, I just looked at our last payment to you in February, and the items were damaged. We sent photos of your items with your prescription label still attached to the items. We always recommend that our customers take photos of every side of every box before sending them to us. We are always 100% honest about the condition we receive an item in, and take photos if something is not acceptable. The damage extended under your label and was most likely caused when the pharmacy removed another label and applied yours. Part of the top of the box was ripped as well as some missing from the label removal. We never remove labels from boxes before making a payment. We pay for a box exactly as it is sent to us by the customer. If the box arrives damaged it is paid at a reduced price, we are always fair. While I'm disappointed you won't be selling to us again, I appreciate the years of business and hope you'll change your mind in the future. Adam 888-326-2213
