It switched to an annual subscription and immediately deducted the money. I wrote to the support who didn't write anything at first, but they read what I wrote. Then they gave me an email address to discuss it with them. Of course, no one responds and based on what I read here, I shouldn't expect a refund. I used Safari for manual testing, but if I accidentally reload the window with F5, the session ends and won't let me start a new one unless I wait. The saddest thing is the support, who cares about you until you pay. After that, you're forgotten.
