The self-paced mode is great. The prerecorded lectures are very thorough and informative. The explanations and discussion board are super helpful for getting questions answered and clarity on questions. They also go a long way in personalizing everything and making sure that each student can maximize their score. Having used the first hour of free tutoring I will say that it was super helpful not only in the micro of different problems etc but also the macro as to what the plan and the focus should be leading up to the lsat.

I used the LSATMax program to study for the LSAT part-time while working over the course of the year. Compared to other print resources and test prep options, LSATMax provided a fantastic, in-depth resource. I greatly benefitted from the clear explanations behind every answer and video demonstrations for logic games. I also found the daily office hours to be incredibly helpful and the technical support team to be very responsive in addressing any issues. I found the LSAT layout very similar to the actual test, which was very helpful come test-day. After studying over a year, I took the LSAT in June 2023 and received a 173. I am very pleased with my score and my decision to have used the LSATMax test prep program.

LSATMax made studying fun, simple, and effective. I was able to improve my score by 6 points from 159, allowing me to reach my goal score of 165!

This program is great they provide you with lectures and real questions and essays from previous bar exams.

Helpful practice questions and notecards, succinct lectures, easy access via app, could use MEE resources and some better options for contacting support.

The next best option to in person is online... right? It depends. I think testmax does online very well. Navigating the LSAT so far is as close to learning a new language as I think one can get without the language payoff. Anyway, the site is good maybe very good. The cost of tutoring is too much.

The lectures are split into easily digestible sections, and this helps me with comprehension. Also, at the end of each subject there are essays selected to help you learn from the outlining and then learn how to write for the specific topic. My only critique is that the outline book doesn't have blanks which helps with active learning, but that minor thing doesn't warrant taking off a full star (or even a partial star)! However, the outline book has wonderful margins to write notes in and simply outlines each topic!
