I ordered an item from Teslaunch which was delivered in good condition and on time. The mistake was on my part in which I ordered an item that did not fit my model Y I raised this with the suppliers they came back with a solution very quickly and the matter was resolved and more importantly a refund was sent. So my experience leaves me with a peace of mind and confidence to order again from Teslaunch

Teslaunch provide a wide variety of products for all current Tesla models. These offer a nice way to upgrade and/or personalise your vehicle to your own tastes. Very pleased with the majority of products that we purchased from them. Where one product failed, they were personable and swift to act upon and resolve the issue. With this trust in place, I will purchase from them again in the future.

If you don't want the product in your lifetime then place an order. Bought a Christmas gift November 30th, still have not received it Jan.5th. Thought it was a company from US, but my credit card was immediately charged through PayPal everything in Chinese. I'm done with this...very disappointed.

Purchased the 20" rim protector in black. The adhesive on one of the protectors failed after 2 months. Teslaunch would not replace the item. I had no choice but to purchase a replacement. I'm generally pleased with the product (the do the job and look good) and at this point consider the failure to be a "one-off". However, I am extremely disappointed that the company does not stand behind their product.

Do not use this company. Feels like it is run by children. bought wiper blades for the M3, they were for a left hand drive version and not reversable when i asked them about t they sent me a video on 'how to change wiper blades' it was a video for a different type (the hook type) so no use at all. they just got more and more sarcastic with their replies. Order was late due to being missed in some office process? no refund available as i had already tried to install them. no VAT receipts either. whaen i asked for a VAT receipt they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. be warned and shop elsewhere!!!

The key fob could not connect to my Tesla. I opened it up and there was no electronics inside the key.
