Hice una compra y al recibir el producto dicho sea de paso con una gran rapidez me di cuenta de que no valía para mi coche les comenté por correo que si podía hacer una devolución e instantáneamente me contestaron de una forma en la que yo incluso habiendo sido fallo mío salí a beneficiado en la devolución por lo cual demostraron claramente que están del lado siempre del comprador buscando la mejor solución para mí es de agradecer la rapidez facilidad y eficacia en envíos y devoluciones así da gusto comprar en Internet

I ordered December 1st its the 28th and it just keeps saying in transit and honestly I'd rather have my money back you know how contact me

The product was exactly as described. Works great.

2,5 months delivery time to Denmark :-( Had to pay DKK 200 extra in tariff to receive the package which was shipped from China. Had to write twice to Teslaunch support to get answer. Bad experience, will never shop there again, cannot recommend.

Purchased a new item. Contacted immediately that it was not working properly. Ask multiple times if it was installed correctly, responded yes each time. Seller says they ship from the US and they don't, it comes from China slow boat. Absolutely terrible business practice. I'm having a decal made for my 26 Tesla. Bold letters " avoid teslaunch" We have quite a few Teslas in my area.
