I'm 22 days in and goods still haven't left china, despite 10 day promise. Very slow support replies just offering me a discount to wait longer. Typical unethical business practices common in that region. Avoid, they're just wasting your time while holding your money.

Generally good prices, but I have now been waiting for my order for 3 weeks - the site claims 1-2 days processing and up to 12 days of shipping time to US, but per shipping status, it just arrived at the post in China, so will still be another 2 weeks to the door. Reached out to them via Whatsapp numerous times with 0 response.

The site was super easy to navigate and there are so many different options to choose to upgrade your vehicle. The cupholder inserts for my 21 Model 3 were awesome! They function to fix the issue of drinks wobbling around while you’re driving. Would definitely recommend to anyone who had the same issue as I did. Fixed my problem.

Ordered a product over a week ago. Still hasn't been shipped. Shipping from China (I didn't know this before I bought it). Webiste has chat box as customer service... No response initially when choosing customer service options, then went back through and chose different options and chatbot said contact through whatsapp. I contacted through whatsapp. No response. Website has an email, I emailed them, No response. Customer Service is a ghost town and my product still hasn't shipped. Stay away!

Meerdere items besteld, komen uit China. Lange levertijd 2-3 weken. Klantenservice reageert totaal niet op vragen. Producten zijn oké. Na meerdere malen contact is informatie gegeven over de vertraging welke buiten de invloedsfeer lag. Uiteindelijk naar tevredenheid opgelost.
