I purchased wheel covers for my 2026 Tesla Model Y Performance after they were advertised as a “simple snap on” accessory. While the wheel covers may suit some vehicles, I think it’s worth noting for owners of the 2026+ Model Y Juniper that installation is more involved than I expected. Before the covers can be fitted, the 12 factory aerodynamic inserts on each wheel need to be removed. T-Launch confirmed I had ordered the correct product and provided an installation video. The video uses specialised plastic trim removal tools, describes the clips as quite aggressive, and highlights the need to be careful not to scratch the wheels during the process. Personally, I didn’t feel this matched my expectation of a simple snap on installation. My suggestion would be for T-Launch to make these installation requirements clearer in the product description for the 2026+ Model Y Juniper so customers know exactly what to expect before purchasing. That said, I really appreciate that after discussing my concerns, T-Launch resolved the matter with a full refund. Their willingness to address the issue was appreciated, and I hope this feedback helps future customers make an informed decision.

i purchased the noise reduction seal kit for my tesla model 3, i went above and beyond prepping the area where the seal would be fitted making sure it was grease and dirt free,2 days after fitting the seals the seals fell off i've contacted Teslaunch but they have chosen to ignore me i feel like they are only interested in making a sale, its a shame as i wont make another purchase from this company and there is so much more i would like to purchase with me being new to the tesla brand.

OEM Style Gear Shift Stalk stopped working after a few months. Their assistance does not respond to my emails. Don't buy from them
