The good and the bad
The GOOD: I bought the ultra mini display for my Tesla Model Y at a very competitive price. The order communication was prompt throughout the entire process, and despite the product coming from China, the shipping was fast. The BAD: However, when I needed support to send me the firmware update for the US market I contacted support via email. Unfortunately, I never received a response, and it has been weeks.

Great Service
Generally I am very satisfied with the Tesery as a provider. They have great customer support and great prices. Some of the items came with great quality but some are with lower quality, however you can really orient your decision looking at them and the price. Overall I am very satisfied

Would give SIX Stars if I could!
Would give SIX Stars if I could. In the past 6 months I have purchased about 10 items for my new Tesla Y. Brake covers, instrument/screen display, spoiler, lots of carbon fibre panelling, etc. etc. Whenever I had a question or issue Tesery were very quick to respond and solve the issue successfully. Always had prompt and timely deliveries to Australia. I wish more companies were run like this.
