After buying în Christmas sales the rear infotainment system and because currently they have a bigger discount they compensate the difference. I will come back with review for the products

I bought a rear seat heater screen and some gadgets during the black week at a very s3xy price. 'though I live in Germany, the parcel arrived within a bit more than one week- happy with it. Installing the screen however was a bit exciting as there was no mounting instruction enclosed, just a very slim instruction manual. With some technical skills, it is however no problem. I also ordered a pair of door logo lights which install was easy and which work perfectly. All mentioned goods have been working well so far and my rear passengers really appreciate the new functionality. Just the missing installation manual leads is why I rate it only 4 stars. But I had no complaints or claims so far so I cannot report about their service.

A bit difficult to install tesla instruments because there were no clear installation instructions. Even though it was the most expensive one out there the installation video gave the wrong instructions. There is no clear date of delivery of the products.

Ordered auto presenting light up door handles. They don’t work. They’re extremely glitchy. The rear handles pop out and immediately go back in. The my don’t light up with the blinkers and they don’t auto present when I approach the car. I’ve contacted support and all they did is send me the install guide again that has no troubleshooting tips and then asked for a video to show the handles not working. I provided a video to prove they don’t work and they went silent. I’ve since repeatedly emailed with no response for days. I spent a lot of money on an installer for these. More than they cost. Now I’m just out that money. Even if you do it yourself you’ll just waste that time. Time is money. I will have to pay the installer again to remove them now. Chargeback through the bank appears to be the only way to get the money back for the part.
