Don't bother with this company.
The order took almost a month to show up and I had to contact their customer support before anything got moving. Otherwise I think my order would just have fallen through the cracks forever. I asked for a refund because I got tired of waiting, but they instead tried to placate me with a 10% discount to keep waiting and when I refused they claimed to be trying to cancel my order but made no promises because of their logistics of shipping from china. In the end the items arrived late and one of them was the wrong item. So I am again waiting for yet another replacement item to show up. I also find the reviews on here to be suspect. Compare them to the ones left by irate customers and you'll see how ridiculous they come across with their effusivness. Yeah nice try, here's my order number TESERY26284EN. So apparently this is their next tactic to removing reviews that not favourable to them. They repeatedly send in a challenge asking for details to be provided banking on the fact that irate customers will be too busy to reply and eventually the negative review goes away. Do you really want to give business to such a shady enterprise?
