The items I ordered stated in stock so available in 8 working days, 4 weeks late, delivered supposedly whil i was on holiday, cctv showing no such thing, no refund, no items beware scamming company

Obviously the owners have great marketing chops as the website is beautifully done. With that said, I find the product follow through woefully inadequate. It’s like night and day - from website to lengthy delivery times and poor quality products. I ordered the center console tray which was ridiculously poorly made. I ordered and installed the sunshade for the roof which had a two inch overlap from panel to panel and sags. I ordered mats that have taken 17 days so far and are still not here. I hate to say it but drop-shipping via Tesery from China is just not the same as ordering from Amazon, getting the product in short order and having the opportunity to return. I recently threw the center console insert in the trash and replaced it with a beautifully made product I found on Amazon. I’ll most likely replace the sunroof shade as well. This is my responsibility. I was seduced by the site and jumped in, expecting the product to be great as well. Not so….

Scam site, support doesn't answer. No refund. Avoid at all costs.

I recently made a purchase from Tesery and had a good experience overall. Whenever I had questions, a very kind customer service representative responded quickly and was very helpful. The only downside is the shipping time, you need to be quite patient, as it can take around a month for the package to arrive.

Very Very Poor Customer Service, Tried a few emails to return Items no response over a span of 3 weeks, my issue is the Thunder Side Camera Covers for my Tesla Model Y don’t fit snuggly, one end sticks out and if you push that end then the opposite end would stick out, like a See-Saw, the product is so stiff it doesn’t follow the Body’s Curvature, never ever order anything from this Company who doesn’t Value Customer Service and doesn’t Value Quality Control on Products

I had the wrong address and immediately emailed them and then they shipped the items but the next day, the items were shipped to the right address and got here super quick. This is 2nd time I did this and the other place never even responded. Amazing customer service. My boyfriend is so happy.
