I ordered a fridge on the 5. July 2026. I got sent a fake tracking number that ups does not recognize. I sent an email to support at the 9. of July. No answrr as of today. I sent a whatsapp message with the same request on the 13. July, 14.July and 15. July. No answer. The package should already arrive and they have not handed it yet to a carrier nor did they do anything. No answer from support nothing. I am not even sure if this site is a serious online shop or a big scam. Be careful ordering here and absolutely don’t expect to get anything..

I ordered a sunshade and floor mats for my Model X ($243.46, order TESERY91889EN) in May 2026. The products didn't meet my expectations — the sunshade doesn't fit properly and the mats are thinner than I wanted — so I requested a return on May 28, well within a reasonable return window. What followed was six weeks of runaround: I sent follow-up emails on June 1, 4, 7, and 9. No response to any of them. When support finally replied, they asked for photos of the items. On June 18 they confirmed in writing they would send return instructions once photos were received. I sent photos of everything on July 3. Then silence again for 11 days. On July 14 they told me they would no longer handle the return directly and to go through my credit card company instead — even though that dispute had already closed two weeks earlier. The end result: I've been asking to return these items since May 28, I did everything they asked, and I still have no return authorization and no refund. Reading other reviews here, the pattern of asking for photos and then going quiet appears to be common. I'll update this review if Tesery resolves the return.

I ordered an Alcantara Dashboard Replacement and an Alcanta Armrest Cover from Tesery. Shipments arrived relatively quickly and in good condition. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the Alcantara Dashboard Replacement! It fit easily, looked great and was a decent price for the upgrade. On the other hand, I was less than thrilled about the quality of the Alcantara Armrest. It fit the current armrest well and looked pretty good too, but when you felt it with your hand or attempted to put your elbow down to test the material, it did not feel like that Alcantara/suede feel where you can make it darker or lighter with the swipe of your hand. I wanted to return this item and I set about doing it. Instead of arguing with me or prolonging the return process (cough cough looking at you Yeslak!), Tesery handled the return situation smoothly and resovled the issue to my satisfaction. I would recommend Tesery to any Tesla owner and wanted to take the time to show them I appreciated the no hassle return and the very nice dashboard replacement.

If you buy something electronic and it doesn't work, expect to lose money, they won't exchange the product or refund your money.

I ordered a protective car cover for dogs. It cost $93 and the seams split within days. It's impossible to get in touch with support and seems like a scam.

I placed an order on 20th June after reading delivery times 7-13 days, as I needed it for a trip. Its now been 18 days and still nothing I never got a tracking info until last week after I emailed asking where my order was ? I was told sorry some items were out of stock. Why let me order them then ? I would have brought from a different company had I known Shame

made an order in may. USD500. did not receive anything. They created a DHL label, but DHL: did not receive anything. no replies on multiple emails. This is called a scam
