The product ordered for my Tesla came without an instruction manual or any kind of documentation. Further, the quality was not satisfactory and not fit for purpose, so I wrote to Tesery's customer support twice without receiving any answer so far... I get the automatic email informing that they've received my email but no response at all... I hope someone gets back and I can change my opinion on this company, otherwise, this is not a serious company.

What a shiting company! Oder placed and paid on May 16th,2026: order # TESERY94086EN "Delivery within 7 to 12 days!" displayed on their website... Just kiss my A.. nothing delivered on June 5th, 2026. 2 messages sent to enquire about what is the issue: no response ! Don't buy anything from these thieves.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I contacted them because I own a Tesla Model Y display that is clearly identical to the one they sell, and I only needed a replacement cable after one of mine broke. I was ready to pay for the cables and shipping, but their response was simply that they do not sell cables separately and would not help because I had not purchased the product directly from them. This makes absolutely no sense. We are talking about a simple replacement cable that could save a perfectly working $300 screen from becoming useless. Instead of helping a customer in need, they chose to hide behind a policy and offered no practical solution whatsoever. Poor customer service, zero flexibility, no interest in supporting users, and a completely wasteful attitude toward electronic products. If a company cannot even sell a replacement cable, what kind of after-sales support can customers expect? I would never buy from them after this experience.

Purchased seat covers for my 2026 Tesla Model Y. Received the seat covers about 9 days after they were shipped out and was excited to install them. Spent roughly 2 hours installing 2 SEAT COVERS the next day and when I got to the rear middle head rest, I realized that the cover did not fit. I took everything off, boxed it back up, and emailed the company simply asking for the return information due to sizing (May 16,2026) . It is now June 3,2026 and they have yet to even acknowledge that the sizing of the item that I received was incorrect. They have continuously went back and forth with me regarding this matter asking for evidence, which was sent, and all they could say was that the material is difficult and could take some time to get on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM, especially if you don’t want to be out of hundreds of dollars because they don’t and won’t acknowledge the fact that their product is defective.

June 2026 I ordered brake calipers in yellow for my 2023 Tesla S. However, they sent me for 2022. The post to send them back will cost me $50 - which is half the price of the calipers.

I have been trying to reach them for 2 weeks with zero response about an issue with my order.
