A while ago I ordered some items for a new home. These were delivered and exactly what i expected, however the courier (delivered on behalf of Tesco) decided to chuck my parcels over the back wall and onto the pavement - silly idea as items could have easily been damaged. I contacted Tesco to inform them of the service from this certain courier and even though it wasnt Tesco directly who delivered the items in a terrible way, they refunded my delivery charges! I just hope they eventually stop using the courier in question!!!

Never again always Messing my orders up

I ordered a gift for my sister who lives a few hundred miles away from mine in Kent, the lady in shop help me with my whole purchase and helped me search the nearest tesco to my sister as she doesn't drive, her present arrived quickly well in the allowed time and in perfect condition.

I just want to congratulate the customer services manager Darren on providing excellent customer service! Having recently encountered and awful situation with another company it was a very pleasant surprise to deal with Tesco Direct who solved my issue with an excellent manner and swiftly. Well done Tesco!

I have nothing but praise for Tesco customer service. After the treadmill l purchased in August 2015 stopped working this week , l received a new upgraded version within 2 days of reporting it. Absolutely fantastic service.

Have ordered with tesco direct many times and items have always been delivered really fast even on a standard delivery! On dates where I have picked what day for delivery it has came on the day requested and I have always been kept informed of the status of my order and what day to expect delivery and who with. Ordered a larger parcel and picked Wednesday however the delivery company decided to deliver it on the Tuesday, which was not tesco fault but I did speak to customer service and they were happy to pay back the delivery cost. When I have needed their customer service even to just ask about a product they have always been more than happy to help me. I have to say out of all the other customer service teams I have had to deal with for other company's tesco are definitely one of the best and always willing to help no matter how small your query. Not only this but the customer advisors are always very friendly.

I bought a greenhouse from Tesco direct and, during recent bad weather, it was reduced to scrap. When I contacted the company, I was given a choice between a new greenhouse or a full refund. There were no questions asked and the refund is back in my bank! Last weekend we bought an Amazon firestick at a branch of Tesco. When we got home we realised that we had not been charged for it. Worried that the girl on the till might have been disciplined, we phoned Tesco who said, as it was their fault, we could keep the firestick free of charge and the till girl would not be blamed! That's what I call service. Well done Tesco!!!!

Haven't had a problem Tesco click and collect. Had an electric item break down and they were great on the phone.
