Being as its the Christmas period, I felt obliged to give Tesco Direct a big thumbs up for their top notch delivery service. I ordered a very expensive item from them on Sunday evening to be informed it will be delivered before or on Christmas Eve. However, this morning I awoke to an email saying it was dispatched and on it's way to me this afternoon! Absolutely can't fault the service as I was updated the whole way through the dispatch process as to where the delivery driver was on his route and a rough ETA for my slot. And here it is, 2 days after order during possibly the busiest time for any and all couriers/postal services. So to you Tesco, and to you UKMail, I give a big two thumbs up and wish your colleagues a very merry Christmas!

I've just received some excellent customer service from Tesco direct! I missed the last 3 for 2 offer on Toys but I just bought the items I needed anyway, low and behold 2 weeks later the offer is back on 🙈. So I decide I'm going to return the items and re purchase them, only problem is I can't find my invoice and I also paid partly with club card vouchers so I email their customer service centre to get some advice! I get a phone call back yearly Monday morning saying instead of me having the hassle of having to return all my items back to the store, get a refund they will just refund me the cheapest item back onto my card saves all the messing!!! Now They really didn't have to do that, and that's going above and beyond in my book! I work in customer service as a career in he airline industry and I appreciate good customer service! Excellent work 👍

Ordered a printer from a Tesco partner, ordered on Friday, chose standard 3 - 5 day delivery, which was free. It arrived on Saturday morning. Good job I have not chosen the fast next day delivery charged at over £7.00!! This is a Ricoh SP 213w Wireless A4 Mono Laser Printer, which was super easy to install and set up. The only problem I had was working out how to make the paper tray fit A4, but hubby was on hand to resolve this. Would recommend this printer, it is nice and quiet too.

So despite the amount of negative feedback. I constantly use Tesco Direct and I have never had an issue with them. I have also found some amazig bargain on their website, better than any other site I have found. Had a doll worth £40-£60 and paid £6. I have used the delivery service and the click and collect service, never any issue

Does what it says on the tin. Used numerous times and always delivered on time. Customer services always helpful.

I have ordered many things recently (as I have moved to a new house) and need lots and lots of items. I have had such wonderful service and such a good choice of products all at really competitive prices. Delivery has been outstanding, with everything carefully packaged and I have been delighted with the towels, lamps, pillows, bedding, kettle and lots more besides. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I looked up TescoDirect on TrustPilot and became really nervous about my order after reading through the reviews-will they send it? Will it be damaged? Will I get problems with unhelpful staff? etc...turns out I panicked over nothing. My package arrived the next day in perfect condition and all is well! :D The only minimum thing I would point out is the Tesco order confirmation email says "We will send you a dispatch email when your delivery is on the way" but I never received anything.

Easy to order and its always delivered on time. Have used tescodirect like a good 25+ times, never disappointed
