Absolutely awful. Had a phone call to say my sofa would be delivered next day. Only to find that Tesco had a dispute with manufacturer and had put a hold on my order. No phone call to let me know. Couldn’t tell me what was going on or when I might get delivery. I requested a refund. When I left a comment on Tesco direct they said my comment did not meet their satisfaction so would not make it public.

Shocking, unreliable delivery dates which seriously let's you down no wonder it's being closed down it's a complete let down

Have tried to do online shopping with new Tesco club card sent to replace previous one but card rejected. Tried to use other cards but also rejected despite Tesco saying shop complete and will be delivered. Very very frustrated by poor service. Will probably shop elsewhere in the future

Shouldn't even have 1 star. Ordered a sofa bed and was told that it was going to be delivered on the 17th. It didn't arrive, stayed at home another 3 days and still nothing. Phoned them everyday and they said it would be delivered the next day. I was then told it won't be delivered until the 1st June. No apology, nothing. I just cancelled the order. Worst customer service I have experienced.

I have ordered a Smart Bladeless fan for £39.98 as it was advertised on the online shop.when I collected my order I found it funny because I found a "Samosa" maker inside. Later I figured it out that they have made a initial pricing mistake on the Fan , so instead sending the fan they cheekily sent me another item for the price that I've paid to cover up their mistake. I went to the customer service desk to return the wrong item they sent me and get my original order replaced. I was put on phone and then the person i spoke on the phone secretly said something to the staff after asking the instore staff to walkaway from me.eventually i was forcefully made to return the wrong item and was cheekily refunded.Immediately i found the original fan that i ordered available on the Tesco direct online shop of the double the price i've paid. absolute frauds. rather i would have happy if a manager sorted me out or if they been honest and given me a substitute or given me the original order for the price i've paid considering my consumer rights.even after makinf so many escalations to the Tesco customer services i haven't had any response about this so far. i would have had a stress free purchase if i did online purchasing from another place. waste of time and deception.

If you've always fancied appearing on the Crystal Maze or Mastermind, you can use this website instead to test whether you are a genius. APPALLING site, nothing works, you can't checkout (I'll be spending £300 with Argos instead...) Old addresses keep re-appearing once deleted, crashes on payment page.... the list is endless. Save yourself the hassle and just avoid them.

awful disinterested contemptuous so called customer service. long waits just to be passed around between time serving disinterested clerks

I bought a Hoover cordless at the end of March from Tesco Direct, it was used three times and when I emptied the dust box it would not go back together. I took it back to the Tesco where I had collected it and they told me that they did not deal with replacements or refunds from other parties! Nevertheless I was made to show a member of staff the problem! They called their customer service number for me and they asked me all the same questions and had a member of staff confirm that I had shown them the problem with the vacuum but still told me they could not offer a replacement or refund. I then had to call the company who distributed the iteml and they said they didn't deal with replacements or refunds and that I had to call Hoover directly. They do not deal with replacements or refunds either but they gave me a reference number to take back to Tesco to get one! I am not able to do this at the moment but I cannot believe the roundabout manner in which this transaction was done. I will NEVER buy anything from Tesco Direct again. I have never had this problem with Amazon or Argos.
