Been having issues with this company since the 27th November where they send me a refund which point they didn't then after chasing this they said they'll put on a gift card at which point they didn't. Also everytime I tried to place an order they would take the order and my money then say after a couple days sorry this item is no longer in stock. Spoke to numerous managers they said that they would price match my items I want to order when they came out of sale so that I could still order them because of the issues. But since then a manager has looked over my notes and said that they are not going to price match it anymore soa manager has no overturned and other managers Price Promise guarantee for me. The even acknowledge and have proof that these items we're going to be price matched for me since this stupid manager intervened she is now overturned that manager and I've lost all of my orders. I have been promised call backs I have been in contact on Twitter and now everyone is ignoring me because I have bad things to say about Tesco's direct in all honesty bypass this company because honestly speaking to Tesco's is like put a spoon in your ear and trying to find gold in your brain you're getting nowhere fast. Each person in Tesco's had a different tale to tell even though the notes were there each manager was more incompetent than the last and now I have nothing to show for it for Christmas even though I was chasing this is the 27th November. Even with my gift cards it took me three days to get them to put the credit on because they kept sending me blanks, this was not good will mind you this was my Clubcard points that they had lost so don't mistake it for them being nice they're just masking the incompetence of their staff and managers Just had a stock alert for a game I'd waited for, for a couple of weeks went to place the order under the impression their word actually means something then was told it's been overturned by the manager so lost out on my games again thumbs up Tesco you useless morons.

Tesco I'm absolute discussed with my treatment by tesco direct. I broke my foot last week and as a single parent I have my parents running around after me n my kids now as I can't drive my car or even walk to the door. I wanted to buy my parents a few u expected xmas gifts to say thank u as well as merry Christmas and ordered them from Tesco Direct BIG MISTAKE!!! I chose to collect them from my local Stalybridge store, after placing my £90 order I got an email to say they had to split my order into three packages as they was being delivered from 3 depot... I only read my last email saying that they had all been delivered, I arrive 23 hours later at stalybridge my chosen delivery store by taxi... Broken foot, crutches and alone... I got into the store to find they had only one of my parcels... The other two had gone to another store!!! I had to go there to collect them! In a taxi... I then went to the store in Ashton the staff advised me to attend, when I arrived (after almost falling on my crutches getting in on the wet floor n staff thinking it was funny!! I got told my delivery was in another Ashton store!! Once my taxi bill got to £30 pounds I had no more cash on me n had to get out, I had no choice but to call my mum at work and get her to collect me! She went mad that I had ventured out & she had to leave work. I had also spent hours in agony and my surprise is ruined! Tesco I am so annoyed! £30 out of pocket on taxis and extremely stressed! Apparently after calling your call centre my inconvenience is worth £10 as a way of a good will gesture, which u declined as an insult... £10 doesn't even touch the sides with the cost of today in a taxi let alone my spoilt xmas present to my parents or the pain I suffered needlessly going out! Placed an order on December 2nd, with a delivery estimate of the 9th. Great stuff, I thought, it'll arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. I didn't receive the item by the estimate so checked my account and it was marked as 'To be dispatched'. The item was shown as being in stock online, so I sent an email to Tesco customer service to find out what was happening with my order. They aim to respond within 48 hours... I waited 4 days with no sign of a reply, then I gave them a call. I was told my item must have been mislaid by Royal Mail. This is despite never receiving a dispatch update email and the item still saying 'To be dispatched' on my account page. Hmm, passing the blame much? To make matters worse, the item was now out of stock. I demanded a refund and now have just a week to find it elsewhere in time for Christmas. Oh I wish I'd just ordered it from Amazon but I had clubcard points to spend! Won't be ordering from Tesco Direct again.

iI ordered my daughter an iPod on 28/11/25 and I am still waiting for this item to be delivered 15 days later. I ordered the item on the 29th November 2015 and received a confirmation email on Tuesday 1st December that it had been despatched and that I would receive my item between Tuesday 1st December and Monday 7th December. On the evening of Monday 7th December, I rang their customer services to enquire about the status of my order and the lady on the phone informed that Royal Mail deliver the items and that she could not track it. She informed me that my item would be here within 48hours. 48 hours later (Wednesday 9th December) and my item had still not arrived. Again I called their customer services in order to find out what was happening with my order. I spoke to a customer service manager who advised me that is a company called YODEL deliver these items and that he could not contact them because it was out of service hours. I accepted this information (despite being told that Royal Mail deliver your items two days earlier) as he assured me that he would make enquiries and would contact me Thursday 10th a.m. I received no phone call so in my lunch hour I rang again and spoke to a lady who was very helpful. She managed to track my item and discovered that the courier had never received the item. She ordered me a replacement & arranged for next day delivery, Friday 11th December. My husband stayed in for the delivery but when I arrived home from work he informed me that the iPod still hadn't arrived so I again tracked the order only to find the status stated that the courier had tried to deliver & left a card. My husband stayed in all day and there was no card posted through my door & the location where they had tried to deliver was in Risley, miles from Manchester. I called their customer service number again, another 20mins phone call and spoke to another advisor who said he would email Ents@st to try & find out some information and call me back. Again I received no phone call so I called again on Saturday 12th December and spoke to a lady called who said she would get the advisor who sent the email the previous night to call me with an update. The advisor called me Sat pm & said he was still waiting for a reply to his email. After losing my cool because I wasn't willing to wait for them to trace my item. He agreed to send me a replacement. I received an email to say they were going to send a replacement but no details or tracking number for delivery. I sent an email to their customer services explaining my anger & diappointment, no reply to date. I waited until 8am today, Mondsy 14th & spoke to a customer advisor who said the delivery hadn't been arranged but he would do it now. Three hours later I'm still waiting for this email with tracking ref so again I will have to call & ask for this to check my item is actually on its way. Please NEVER order from Tesco Direct. I have never experienced such bad customer service. To get it wrong once is bad enough but three times is absolutely shocking. Furious, Manchester I am extremely disappointed with Tesco 's delivery service and would never order from you again. As I advised Michelle, I ordered this item around Black Friday for 10% discount but the £15 saving has not been worth the hassle. I have ordered a TV on black friday, and fair, enough, I was warned that black friday deliveries could take "between 5 and 7 days" to delay. Well lo and behold, today is 17 days after black friday, and my TV still has not been delivered. I have tried tracking my parcel online; the thing has been chilling in "Location 05" for the last 14 days (wherever location 05 may be). I have called multple times, and nobody could give me any information. I have sent an email to their support department; that was exactly 7 days ago, and still have not received any answer. Please don't make the same mistake as I did; order anywhere else if you actually want to get what you pay for.

I can only rate Tesco on the service I have experienced. Ordered a microwave online on Black Friday, received email advising that the item will be available to pick up at my local Tesco store the following Friday. Used the tracking option to follow the item, however, it seemed to be stuck at their Leamington Spa depot from the 27th of November. Contacted Tesco yesterday, I was advised that they would chase up the courier service and come back to me, no promised feedback received. My wife then contacted them and was informed that no-one called the courier to check on delivery, to add insult to injury she was then informed that the item was not available and unlikely to be?, Tesco advised that they would refund the money and send a letter of apology!, this is in my opinion completely unacceptable as they accepted my money and therefore entered into a contract with me. I have requested a call-back to discuss the complete breakdown of customer service and ethics by Tesco Direct and also requested that the voice recordings of the initial telephone conversation is made available (this is a legal requirement and they must release the calls) as I want to know why they lied to my wife, I have also advised that a letter of apology is not acceptable and expect them to honour the contract In my opinion it is Tesco responsibility to provide me with a microwave of equal value to the one that I paid for or provide me with the cash equivalent. I could have bought a number of other microwaves on the Black Friday, however, I decided to go for theirs, so offering me just my money back is clearly a non-runner as all the other possible microwaves were put back to their original pre-Black Friday prices The service and behaviour thus far displayed by Tesco falls well below the standards expected of a corporate company and more in line with Trotters Independent Traders .

Ordered something on 29/11 and still waiting. Cant get any sense out of customer services who tell me to call back...? Hello, I'm the customer - shouldn't they be contacting me back as I'be waited 20 mins for them to pick up my call and that was my 3rd attempt to get through. Online submission forms go unheeded. Ordered from tesco clothing before and they contact u via text to let u knw your order has arrived however with tesco direct they do t even let u know. I ordered something on sale with £30 off, says it will be ready in that time and day, but website then says there will be 3-5 days delay due to Christmas festive. Nothing recieved text or anything it's ready for collect. Within less than 48 hours they cancelled my order and said refunded money without a reason! Had to call them then realised that they return immediately if u dont collect at that specific time! But was told early the order could be late! None of my orders were food anyway! I dont see why they need to hurry to refund money! And now I can't even rebuy what i want because the offer has expired! I must pay another £30 in order to reorder! So damn stupid people! Also my first tesco clothing order was very bad experience, it was never ever despatched! Was told ? Technical problem, it was almost 3 weeks I waited! Called them twice first staff said wait a bit cause of Black Friday, sure u did then made final cell they item was lost in between being dispatched and not dispatched, then they had to send replacement out! Which took total of 3 weeks! Very time consumming and no compensation for both of my losts!
