I had two issues, both dealt with very quickly over the phone. Even though I was annoyed I had to wait for another delivery for errors made, tesco direct swiftly corrected each one. No complaint on the level customer service.

Product was fine, price was good, delivery was a pretty poor.

Pre ordered a bluray and was delivered on the day of release, what more can you ask.

I love Tesco direct especially when they tell you whether the product you want is in stock or not.

Have only used a couple of times but service and delivery okay. However, double check their prices... they are not always competitive!

I find the prices at Tesco Direct very competitive but also find their delivery charges a bit high. I am surprised, considering the profits that Tesco make, that they do not offer free delivery.

Having used Tesco Direct a fair few times it's only fair that the review is reflective of their whole service, not just a single occasion. My first order was lost, found, lost again and finally disappeared all together. However, the customer service assistance was excellent to beyond reproach and since then all my other orders have been perfect. The website is easy to use, easy to navigate around and simple. The ordering process is just as easy. Delivery communication was excellent on all occasions including the first and follow up communication has been good. All in all a good company to deal with and worth using in the future. If you've had a bad experience though - give them another try, they WILL make up for it and the customer service really do care.
