I made an order to be delivered at the start of the week, knowing i needed the food for the weekend. Online it said 4+ days for several items. When they were delivered they all went out of date within 2 days. Whats the point of stating how long produce will last if they don't obide by it? Although they gave me a full refund I now how to go purchase the items again, and those that go out of date will just get wasted. No compensation at all, rubbish.

I ordered a frame from Tesco and although the order process ran smoothly, upon unpacking the frame I found that the cardboard mount inside the cellophane wrapped product was damaged. No delivery note inside the pack nor clear instructions of how to return. A few days later Tesco emailed me asking me to review their product-which I took the time to do. My review read " the frame represents excellent value for money however the one I received had damage to the cardboard mount. Although the frame was cellophane wrapped the mount looked as if something had stuck to it in a couple of places and taken the top surface of card with it." An honest review yet Tesco have emailed, with no explanation as to why, to say my review has "failed to meet their website guidelines" and refused to publish it! Won't buy from them again-what is the point in wasting people's time asking them to review products then failing to publish them? I emailed to ask them why my review "failed to meet their guidelines" but got an undelivered bounce-back from their email address. I read that another reviewer criticised a product's quality and Tesco refused to publish it. Therefore you can't believe the reviews on their site as they clearly don't publish negative feedback that is received!

Bought four Eames chairs but the bolts for self assembly were too short so i had to buy new bolts. On the tesco direct web site i posted a critical product review but they refuse to publish it because it relates to product quality!!!

The tesco direct website is not 'live,' which means the goods shown aren't necessarily available. You place an order, they take payment, they email that the goods are on their way.....then they email to say 'you' have cancelled the goods! When I spoke to a CS supervisor about my complaint I was told the goods probably went out of stock before or as I was ordering... but a fault on the system means no one knows that it hasn't gone out therefore you get confirmation it's on the way. "So where is my item now? I want it for my daughters birthday." 'The item you thought you bought was never actually available. Sorry and refund on its way'. Not good enough when you have your heart set on something.

I am outraged that Tesco Direct refused to publish my mediocre review of a product as it didn't "meet their guidelines". It contained no swear words, wasn't overly long, simply had a few minor criticisms of the product. Can it be coincidence that all published reviews gave it 5 stars and glowing reviews. Does Tesco Direct simply refuse to publish anything which remotely criticises a product? This is hardly representative of reviews and doesn't give an honest overall view for possible purchasers.

1, I had to attend the pick up location 3 times instead of 1, as they sent 2 wrong item out of 10. They mixed those up with other cusomers'. 2, Customer service is poor. They were not able to correct a small mistake in my address on several attempts. Eventually they deleted my address by mistake.

This review is about the third party purchase that I made through Tesco Direct. I bought a Medusa NX Headset from the company 'Trove' through the Tesco Direct website. After speaking to Trove's speedy email service over email, Trove agreed to give me a refund for my headset. I sent them the item and my tracking number says that they received the item on the 20th of December. However, they still claimed that they hadn't 'found' it on the 7th of January. The first time I actually decided to phone Trove, I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes. I then was not connected, the phone just suddenly hang up. Phoning them again, waiting 20 minutes I was told that nothing could be done about the refund. Now finally, on the 14th of February I have actually received my refund. This took way too long for a refund. I will not be using Trove shopping again.

I ordered a craft magazine subscription. You get sent a voucher code which came within two days - so far brilliant. I logged into the website it states on the card and after typing in my voucher code was told it was the wrong code. I logged out the computer and tried again but this time as soon as I got to the voucher page the computer took me to another webpage - nothing to do with subscriptions. The next day I tried logging in again and got exactly the same page as I had originally got and put in my voucher code and went to the drop down box to select my chosen magazine to find my choice of magazine was no longer there. After logging in and out a few times I noticed in small print on the website that if my subscription is for such and such, and such and such magazine then I have to ring a certain phone number between 8 and 8. Okay, off to find my mobile and I rang to discover a voice telling me they are only open 8 to 6!!! I don't get home until gone six so this is no good, so left it with hubby who was at home for the day. Twice he got passed to one person and then another and finally found someone who told him that it has to be on the drop down menu!!!! and he shouldn't have needed to ring in - well yes we know that but yur website says differently. He thinks the guy on the other end finally sorted it out so we will wait and see if I do get delivery of my chosen magazine this month.
