First of all, I have order my Olaplex No.3 and did not receive my parcel on time. Inhad to contact with them, spent about an hour to discuss all of it. I paid about £4 for delivery??? And finally what? That was the Birhday present for my friend And went to a birthday party without the present.. I am really disappointed of this service.... Actualy the Ambermel beauty- is their partner, it is thei fault, and they mess up. I want my money back for this unacceptable delivery service! However, I left extremely disappointed.

Pre ordered ps4 game did not receive downloadable content, I have now now contacted these people 5 times just to get what I have already paid for, the last representative Assim was confrontational, rude, and generally dismissive..This company is a joke ....News flash Tesco if you want more customers get good reviews, if you want good reviews provide a good service and give customers what they have paid for In a timely manner.. simples

I pre ordered a ps4 game through Tesco Direct. Delivery date covered the date 1 day before release and 3 days after. concerned i contacted Tesco Direct and was assured that this was simply due to the system, and that all games preordered would arrive the day before release date. My delivery is still sat in the ware house on release date.

I ordered an exercise bike as a present for my niece and paid extra for express delivery so it would arrive on time. Paid the full price and got an email confirming it had been despatched for delivery on 17 March 2017. Arranged to stay in all day. I am writing this at 20 past ten at night and no sign of product. Even worse no communication whatsoever. Rang customer service who advised I couldn't have a refund to allow me to go out and get another one as the office was closed untill Monday. Absolutely shocking. They now have my money and I have no gift for tomorrow. Avoid.

This organisation is a complete shambles, they use 3rd party suppliers who they have ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL over. I purchased a Tumble drier for £244.00 including recycling of old one, instant e mail reply giving me a delivery date. THEN..... next day ,I receive 2 text messages and an e mail from another company ( Product care ( never heard of them )) telling me to click on a ( possibly unsafe according to my device ) link to book a delivery date ( What ? ) . Suspicious I called TESCO direct ( wasting my time to get through ) who advised me it was legit ( no mention of this 3rd party company on purchase mind .... ) so I confirmed a delivery date. Next day an ( apx ) time was e mailed to me for delivery, so I arranged somebody to be at home. Now, I've had a voicemail ( from 3rd party ) saying that Tumble Drier is not in stock and I will be advised when it is next in but don't know when....... More time wasted in phoning TESCO DIRECT, who basically admit they have not a clue about anything. More so can't refund either on my request to do so immediately ( will visit that tomorrow, be warned TESCO !!! ) I hereby award my first Pitiable excuse of a Mail Order Company 2017 to the seriously inadequate TESCO DIRECT. Nice lad on the phone who was powerless, feel sorry for him. He should probably seek another employer......

Would not recommend you buy any electrical goods, if they become faulty be ready to make lots of phone calls and travel some distance to get goods confirmed as faulty. Really really poor customer setvice

Very very poor service. Ordered a new release CD which promised despatch on the day of release. It was a valentines gift for my wife and would have been here in plenty of time. It did not arrive today and I was forced to call customer services. The operator was apologetic but confirmed that it had not even been despatched and was out of order! No notification from them at all to tell me this.....clearly I would have ordered elsewhere. If I hadnt rang them I would have never known! Wont be using ever again. AVOID.

Ordered conservatory furniture part of the order fell off the lorry at the delivery sit and the other part had only 3 legs. Awaiting redelivery but no idea when. Would have gone elsewhere but thought the track brand meant quality!!
