Order Some Perfumes that i couldn't even find on most online stores 100ml for £15, so i was a little dubious as to the genuine quality of the products. Happily both bottles arrived before the estimated time and where spot on, very happy.

I ordered a television online and the whole process was quick, easy and helpful.

I ordered a few times from them and never been disappointed. Excellent service especially if you ask for it to be delivered to a local Tesco store.

I'm shocked at what I see here, my experience of Tesco is one of friendly staff, excellent customer services and I have so far had no problem. May I also add Tesco do an excellent job in supporting local communities with a variety of projects for needy people.

I had a problem with a refund. Spoke to Ann at the refund department at customer services. She said she would look into the problem and phone me back the next day. I'm pleased to say she phoned and had sorted everything out. Her service was excellent and she was easy to talk to. I wish every company had an "Ann".

Top Notch Service!! I purchased a washing machine from Tesco and unfortunately, the machine had some damage caused by the manufacturer in the factory, so not Tesco or their delivery. Tesco was so quick to arrange delivery, they collected the machine immediately and offered another machine or a refund. I took the refund as they didn't have the model I wanted. I can't praise Tesco highly enough. Everyone at Tesco was so lovely to speak to and were so understanding. I will buy electricals from them in the future.

I must say, after reading the reviews I was expecting things not to run so smoothly but I am delighted with the customer service of Tesco direct Scotland. I bought a couch & arm chair for our new house at a full price, when the next day the sale came into place making each of these half price, I called up and received a refund of half of the money back with no hassle what so ever(wish I could remember the lady's name). I have also just phoned up & spoke to Clark because I have not yet recieved a delivery date for my couch, who phoned the courier straight away and got back to me within 10 minutes to let me know what was happening. I hope the delivery goes as well as this & I've not jinxed it.
