Cancelled order with no explanation. Order at 2pm yesterday, received email saying order cancelled at 10am today. I called to ask why and they said they had no stock - it would have been useful if that was at least on the email - or even before ordering! So I ordered it direct through the 'Partner' they were using and it's coming to me tomorrow (so not out of stock??) - Quidco cashback instead of Clubcard points so eventually I'm happy, but couldn't be less impressed with Tesco Direct, what a waste of my time.

i purchased a large screen tv from Tesco from their black friday deals,it was supposed to be delivered on an arranged date,but it did not arrive,so i emailed Tesco,no reply,so i called the next day,only to be told it was still in the courier holding bay,and dispatch to me could be up to another 72 hours.so i had to tell Tesco that i wanted to cancel the order,because i would not be available to receive it.i do not understand why a huge company like Tesco use cheap couriers,at purchase their was not even an option for next day delivery,i would have gladly paid an extra £10 for peace of mind that it was being safely delivered by a reputable courier,and not worrying if it was going to reach me broken.i am livid that i had to cancel the order,and that i lost out on a new tv,which was a great price.my advice to you is,if your ordering from Tesco direct and your ordering anything larger than that what can fit through your post box,do not bother.

Tesco Direct is a marketplace where you can't get any help if things go wrong. I bought an item and had to deal with return directly to seller. Seller got my item but didn't issued a refund probably expecting me to forget about return. When I callec them they refunded me straight away. However, when I wanted to leave a negative review on Tesco Direct website it was promptly rejected without explanation. I think Tesco Direct doesn't want negative feedback on their web site. Very dishonest.

When your home appliance breaks down then you normally need a replacement that's what happened to me - my fridge with over 10 years faithful service finally lost it door. All joking aside I did look around for a basic under worktop larder fridge and all the sites came within the same price budget, In the end it was the difference between AO and Tesco my only thought was - 1. the points, 2. Delivery - I could pay extra on AO and get it Saturday or wait till "Monday or sooner" as per the advertising on Tesco direct - Silly me I took the cheaper option and the points. Don't expect the delivery as per the advertised 5 days on the Tesco website - the supplier in this case Hotpoint / Indesit can't match that expectation. The only have specific days where they deliver to addresses, if you want it at a certain time (note time not day) they will charge you for it and when they do call you all they want to do is flog their inflated insurance - . So Forget the points and go somewhere that delivers in a reasonable time or even next day and pay the extra and if they then don't they have broken the contract. I have also tried to tell them this as a review on their site - hasten to say it was "moderated" - Lets hope they moderate their advertising as I am sure this is false representation. NOTE to retailers: Its small things like this that are the start of bad practices. The removal of a review further annoys me - if they can remove the review should they too think "oh, we have an unhappy customer here... lets do something proactive" or Maybe I should consider change my shopping habits and forget the points "con" across all the Tesco outlets

First the customer service advisors sound like robots reading from a script. They seem unable to answer a question without repeating the obvious such as the estimated delivery date of my items. It took 1 week for my items to be delivered but the payment was taken from my account immediately. The only way to get a refund (so that I could go and purchase the item elsewhere) was to wait for the delivery man/woman and refuse the delivery at the door. Then I would have to wait a few days for a refund. I made a complaint and I had to send the email twice to get a reply. Then the reply was completely generic. I am now unable to post a review of the item on the tesco direct website. I was told that the delivery person would contact me before they turned up to deliver my parcel. Well he phoned me minutes before he turned up, so if I was in the bathroom or sleeping I might have missed him when he rang my door bell. The item I purchased is average. The assembly and user guide needs improving. My mother said she would have trouble following this assembly and guide booklet as it's not very clear. I won't be buying from tesco direct again. I will stick with Argos and Amazon.

Ordered console game. Last weds. Came monday. It arrived tho so hmmmmm. Ordered another console game from another reputable online dealer. Last weds. Arrived next day. Thurs. It arrived in really good time so I WILL DEFINITELY SHOP THERE AGAIN. Spot the difference Tesco? Yes, I hope you do

Why when Tesco sell wines by the box (6's) do they then deliver them unboxed? Worse - although I said no carrier bags - they delivered them in plastic bags - 2 bottles per bag. Lacking logic and customer service! The driver was great.

Ordered an ipad on Sunday at 4:54pm from Tesco Direct with collection from my local store from 3pm the next day, their cut off is 5pm so I was in time for this but only just. I received the e-mail confirming this but no subsequent dispatch or delivery e-mails were received but neither was there any communication telling me there was a delay or a problem. As such I called Tesco customer services to find out where my order was only to be told 'I'm sorry there must be a problem but i don't know why'. The only option open to me was to cancel the order and order again. I was told my local store had one of the product in stock but no offer to reserve the item or contact the store to hold it was made so I decided to cancel and get the money back. Unfortunately I lost trust in their service and have ordered elsewhere instead. The only reason this is a two star review and not one star is because the chap at customer services was polite and my refund has been received within 24 hours.
