Like everyone else on here complaining about these cowboys. Ordered a T.V. and was alarmed when i discovered Hermes to deliver, first e/mail delayed second e/mail too heavy for one person. Bearing in mind this was my daughters birthday they missed it, gets better the box arrived destroyed with the T.V. damaged to an extent all its good for is the skip. Since tried contacting on numerous occasions with no reply and im having to use Paypal to recover my company. Please, please do not buy from this company as they dont give a "toss" about their customers.

Would give no stars. Our internet link frozen andnot working for over a week now. We are 70 and 96, isolating . Spoke to 5 agents who promise callbacks and solutions but no contact back. Paying delivery saver for nothing. Shopped with them all our lives but have been abandoned. Disgraceful !

Very disappointed as Tesco are ignoring regular online customers and No longer able to get a regular slot. Though I’m classed as disabled I’m not on the government vulnerable list, but still need my regular shopping delivery. I’ve written twice to Tesco CEO, Mr Lewis, twice, no response. Other shops, Sainsbury, Waitrose, look after their loyal regular customers So they have priority with deliveries. This is a double worry as my husband is waiting for an op. I’ve tried getting help from my doctor, but no help! Pleas Tesco look after us elderly disabled regular customers of many years, or you may loose them once the virus dies down!

Bought a bundle of mobile and I pad. There was a problem so I took it by hand to Tesco at Brent Cross branch to return. A lady working at the counter took it in. When I asked for a receipt, she said they don't do receipt. I thought since I have taken it back by hand and given it to staff member, nothing can go wrong. I waited for a while but did not see any refund gone back in my account. I then started chasing it up with many phone calls and emails. I simply got told they had no record of my return. Now if I had taken it in to their store and given it to staff member, how can it get LOST??? THE QUESTION IS WHAT KIND OF STAFF DO THEY HAVE??? The staff member obviously did something to the items. I never got my refund. They kept the items and my money. I DO not have money to give away. They have dishonest staff. No wonder she did not give me a receipt.

Bought a laptop with one year free subscription to MS Office but never got the code for this. Customer service passed me back and forth to HP and did not know what to do. Pathetic service.

We ordered two sofa's and a foot stool from Tesco Direct earlier this year, it arrived late April delivered by people who told us "we haven't delivered sofa's before" the result the backs of both items damaged and one leg missing and a lot of stress and inconvenience. We contacted Tesco Direct immediately; they arranged for a replacement leg to be sent asked for pictures of the damage and eventually compensated us as we couldn't face the stress of a refund or replacement! we really wish now we had opted for refund, within weeks the padding on the arms had started to slip and leave dips, it was very uncomfortable. We again contacted Tesco Direct to find they and the company who made the sofa's had gone out of business but they did agree to send a technician to inspect the damage and although it took some time to get him here he did make a thorough inspection, telling us that while it was not a design fault as such; it did need attention and he would recommend that a further rail be installed in each arm and the padding replaced. We heard nothing from Tesco for over two weeks, we eventually contacted them again to be told "no further action, it is not a design fault"! we have tried to explain that while it might not be a design fault it most certainly is a manufacturing fault since all four arms have deteriorated in the same way. their only suggestion was that we contact the furniture ombudsman. Since the furniture is not suitable for the purpose intended and sinceTesco have been the ones to take our money we feel this is in direct conflict with our consumer rights. So anyone who didn't get delivery and have had your money refunded you have been very fortunate. Take this as a warning and spend you money anywhere but Tesco.
