Tesco Direct has ★ Customer Star Rating for items they sell, but if an item has negative rating, it disappears from the list and a 'new' item with no rating appears. I recently ordered a laptop from Tesco Direct web site (Box partner), which was of poor quality, marked it accordingly... well it disappeared just to appear later with a tag 'New' but without negative rating.

Do not buy anything from tescodirect unless you want to risk having to deal with their customer service if anything goes wrong with your product. And it will.... I bought a TV, waited for collection day and when I assembled it it was broken. I asked for a replacement and they said I would have to drive to a shop even further from my place (I don't have a car) to get a new TV. They said they could do nothing to speed up the process and that I would only be able to collect the TV the next week. After the deadline had passed I called them to check where the TV was as there were no updates on my order. After 6 calls I was told that Tesco had not put my order through to the warehouse. The customer service emailed me saying there was nothing they could do and that this happened because I had "bad luck"... Tesco has now said they will not deliver the TV anymore as they have none in stock. They refunded me without me asking although I wanted was for them to give me a TV. They made me lose absolutely ALL the black Friday deals and I ended up with no TV and zero support from Tescodirect.

Avoid, like the plague, 3rd party re-sellers using Tesco’s Direct, they are merely drop shipping and Tesco’s turn a blind eye

No delivery/communication after 6 weeks, despite taking payment straight away, will not post my review of product whilst being factually correct. Not returning calls, no action. I will never use the service again.

Absolutely shocking how we have been treated. I will never use TESCO DIRECT again. Order not showing up more than once, no one emailing or calling us when they said they would. Nearly two weeks later and two complaints sent through the online form and no one has contacted us plus I had to speak to 5 different people and spend 20 odd quid on phone calls!. Appalling . I expected more from Tesco. Questioning now if I will be as loyal as I have with grocery shopping for last 20+ years!!......

In a word, awful!! Ordered my daughter's bike through Tesco Direct using their recommended bike supplier, EBIkes. Firstly, the package was missing parts. Secondly the bike came with the front forks installed back to front. I am still awaiting the missing parts now, a week on from my original request to have these delivered, and still no sign. Tesco just do not want to know and seem to be washing their hands of any accountability to try and resolve. Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never use them again.

Alsolutly rubbish customer service. Ordered trampoline got email to say it was dispatched tues 7th. It is now 16th and still no sign of goods. Last bullsxxx answer from customer service item had lost label so courier could not deliver. Now looking at next week for delivery they are quick enough to take money and rhyme off same old rubbish at each phone call. DO NOT ORDER FROM TESCO DIRECT

seem to be strange going on in this company.check my account as i knew i had an order i cancelled but it is stating i picked it up,but i did not and also date and time it says i picked it up well i was 20 mile away leaving my kids at school.i do not have the item and i most certainly did not pick it up but the money was taken and never returned.so to me this is fraud so i will be avoiding tesco from now on if they can do this and lie then i will not support a company in this way.
