Ordered Laptop not received on delivery date/ timeslot. Then received a txt asking me to collect from store. Refund received. Repurchased then collected from store. Registered with HP only to be told that the warranty start date was July 2017. Had to provide proof of purchase so took a screen shot of the order confirmation and HP did not accept this. Went back to Tesco who then provided a letter and couldn't understand why I might be a tad peeved. This was also not accepted by HP as proof of purchase. After 4 hours HP decided to call Tesco Direct themselves to confirm when the purchase was made. Happy with the item but had to waste the morning trying to figure out how to have the warranty date amended so I could ensure the 1 year warranty. POOR PROCESS POOR LEADERSHIP. Nice that everyone says sorry but am quite sure it will all happen again with someone else. Very unsympathetic to me wanting to sort this out...customer service took it as I was annoyed for no reason ...when I had every right to complain.

Paid for express delivery and it was delivered after the standard delivery estimate. 7 days late.

I bought a new laptop with windows 10 and when they asked for a review of the product I did so outlining the downsides I had with the operating system (repeated crashes, high CPU usage, high disk usage). It was not a rant or expletive filled review, but genuine criticisms of a badly flawed product. However, they have refused to print my review and have the nerve to ask me to submit another (no doubt favourable) review. I will never use Tescodirect again.

Yet again another delivery that fails to arrive in store when Tesco claim it will! It appears this is the norm because the in store staff said it happens all the time. If you are relying on a deliver time and date don't use Tesco Direct.

Worst tv ever I brought a TV on November 28th, the TV in one word useless, kept turning itself off, but the picture quality I just cannot believe, there seems to be a haze over the screen, the contrast is none existent, picture is very pixelated especially in dark area's, and I have to say Tesco customer care is the worst I have ever experienced, they kept just asking for pictures, and when I did send them they said the quality of the pictures was not good enough, just kept being put off, will I shop here again, not a chance. Update The TV has now been returned, let's see what they say, I'll update when j know more.

over 2weeks, and 4 days of so called deliveries, countless ignorance from there customer service team..... Finally the proud owner of a BROKEN washing machine. Does NOT look new, looks like a REFURBISHED machine that they did not even put back together properly....... At least put some effort into your scams Tesco Do not ever buy from this company. Scrap yard quality products cheaper at the scrap yard

Ordered a bed for my daughter, 2 weeks later it hadnt been delivered and no communication. Chased via email, no reply in 48 hours. Chased on phone 2 days later got told it was out of stock. Had my money for 14 days and wouldn't provide an express clearance so I can get my daughter a bed this weekend. Spoke to Customer services who were belligerent, obstructive and lied on several occasions. Use at your own peril

I ordered a bed online from them, when I opened it the headboard and 1 of the base pieces were the same and the other was entirely different in colour and fabric ! When the van came to pick it up weeks later they said no room on van! They had to then come the next day. It's just a good thing I had still kept my old bed or would have had to sleep on sofa! I had no apology or compensation just an experience that will never buy from them again.
