What is wrong is that they are not located in the USA. Terry's Florist is an overseas business. Called in an order today. Confirmed the order by email and within 30 minutes, got another email with a cancelled order due to supply issues. This is how they do business. Wondering if they are just scammers. The young lady also lied about the location.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I placed order and bought flowers! So disappointed, the flowers I saw and ordered were not what was delivered! I upgraded my order and what was received was totally unacceptable and not even close to the photo on ordering page! This is a bate and switch company, dishonest, poor quality and service. Will never order from them again! The flowers were few and not arranged properly, substandard quality! If there were a way to give NEGATIVE STARS I'd give -7 So disappointing!

I ordered flowers to be delivered the day I ordered them. They came the next day, and the bouquet looked pitiful. I could have done a much better job! Was to be free delivery BUT had to pay a service charge. I called to complain but the woman she couldn't find the order number nor could she provide a number to call to complain. I just wanted a refund for the order!!!!

This is the worst florist I have ever dealt with!!! I live 3 states away from my daughter, I ordered my flowers and balloons 24 hours before I ask them to be delivered for her birthday. I specified please deliver in the AM because my daughter was leaving work early and would be gone for a few days. It was 3:30 before they got delivered and the flowers were so disappointing and I had ordered 4 balloons and they did not get delivered. I will NEVER order from this florist again and I would advise anyone not to deal with this business.

Ordered flowers for daughter over phone. Was told plenty of flowers available. On day of delivery, 4 days later, NOTHING! I called and it took over 30 min. ,And two people later, to find out They are out of flowers. Failed to notify me so I could order from another florist. I was Told email was sent and to check spam. No notification via phone or email at all. I was told a refund would be issued in 5 days. Missed a special surprise on my daughter’s special day! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They also did not offer an alternative way of getting flowers delivered that day or any other day since they messed up the order.

Ordered birthday flowers for a dear friend online. Received an email today, day of delivery, that the order could not be fulfilled due to supply chain issues. That's one thing, but when I called to ask why nobody contacted me about making a substitution for another arrangement, I was told there were NO flowers available in the entire area. This obviously is B.S. Don't bother ordering from them. What a joke.

Total Scam......No delivery at all. I spoke with a representative. He could not give me an address of the local shop. He would not confirm my request for a full refund, if delivery was not made by the date and time. He repeatedly told me they has to do an investigation. Stay away from this scam.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS !! They are not local, Flowers ordered were not what was delivered (finally), they did not send balloons I purchased. Did not send the "Deluxe" that I paid extra for. They charged me extra for deluxe arrangement, and sent a glass jug with uneven cut flowers, some not even in the water. PATHETIC !charged me for balloon that was never delivered. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS !
