This machine is incredible. I ended up with one because of my workplace getting one, and although I had some glitches this team was equally incredible to work with. There were times during my “glitch” where I was not happy— I was only shown kindness and patience and ensured it would properly taken care of. That type of customer service is a rarity these days. Usually someone explain policy to you nowadays about how they cannot help you— not at Terra Kaffe! On top of it. Okay so… the machine— the Demi— you push a button— and there is a barista in you kitchen… Go get one.

The customer service has been exceptional. I had immediate responses to the issues I was having and was given thorough and detailed explanations and several choices of how to proceed. I was told the customer service with Terra Kaffe was the very best when I bought my machine and it truly is.

Great product and service so far

TK 02 is hands down the best coffee machine ever. Delicious coffee of any description ( drip, espresso, cortado, late - you name it) at the touch of the screen. Perfect brew every rime, easily customizable. Customer service is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable. Love the product, love the company!

First, from day one I fell in love with my Demi machine. It is excellent and is exactly what I needed. I wanted excellent coffee that was freshly ground to my specifications, with multiple options (Americano, espresso, etc.), and durable. I definitely feel I found the best coffee machine for my needs. Second, when I had questions about the descaling process, I received an email response on a Sunday! I received step by step instructions that made the process simple and quick. I will be a Terra Kaffe customer for life based on my excellent experience with my Demi machine and customer service.
