Not a good place to work. Job was great at first, but then I started to get negative feedback from my manager for things that were out of my control like customers requesting that they reschedule their appointment. And I would clock in in the morning and look at my schedule and I would have stops added on me overnight, and even on weekends I would have to make phone calls and deal with work. And all the company cares about is making sales and if you dont have enough sales you get written up. For 14/hr it was not worth the headache

Set up an appointment with Terminex, the guy never showed up. I waited an hour after the appointment, no call/email/text. I called the 800 customer service line where they 'escalated' my situation to the local office who would contact me, and rescheduled my appointment to the next Monday from 4-6. Guy never shows up again. No call/email/text and the local office hasn't contacted me. I call the 800 number and wait on hold for 20 minutes before speaking to a rep who tells me she has to transfer me to their 'cancelations' line to cancel my service. I sit on hold for another hour before 'Andrea' picks up. Literally the rudest customer service experience I've ever had. I've had better experiances with the IRS scammers from India. Supposedly my appointment was cancelled, even though I never cancelled it. My service wasn't cancelled, just the appointment. I've worked in customer service for more than a decade at many different companies, Andrea was the opposite of customer service. Meanwhile there were no supervisors or managers available when I was on with her, so no one else I could speak too. I would recommend cancer and a trip to Chernobyl before I would recommend this company to a friend.

We noticed there was an increase in spider webs in our offices however the spiders weren’t visible in plain sight. Until one day a spider cascaded down from the vent into an employees’ cup. This caused a mass panic in the breakroom and honestly Terminex came to mind first due to the company size and years in business. They sent out of team of four reps to spray after our normal business hours. I did have to call them back out because they didn’t remove the spider webs on the exterior of the building as promised. That was the only issue. Within a few days there was a noticeable increase in spiders which they said was common. However, within a week they were defineley either dead or gone.

I made an appointment with Terminix to come and check the bait tubes and place new baits. They did not come and did not call. I called them and they said the appointment had been changed. They gave me another appointment. They did not come or call. I called them but they didn't give me a reason for not coming and gave me a third appt. and said they would call before coming. They did not come or call. This has been going on since May 15, 2019. Today is June 4, 2019

This is the worst customer service I ever had to deal with. I called in Dec to get my house sprayed, the rep told me I would get 6 sprays for $110. They came and sprayed the first time, the second time the guys just walked around my house and left, the third guy can and sprayed 2 rooms and left and I have 13 rooms. Next thing I know I get an email stating thanks for your payment of $104.34. I called in March and asked why I was charged they said I would be charged quarterly. I told them I wanted to cancel the account and a refund for something I didn't signup for. I never got the rebate, so I called again in April and asked. They told me my account was never canceled and the rep said he would do then. It was actually canceled this time, but still no rebate. So basically I got charged $104.34 for them to spray two rooms out of 13 rooms. I would not recommend them and if you have no choice use a prepaid card.

Fraud! DO NOT USE. Charged my credit card wrongly and will not refund me. The Chatsworth (CA) branch has ignored my emails and calls for over one year!

If you buy lists of thousands of e-mail adresses to spam people across the globe you're probably not a trustworthy business...

I had 3 accounts with Terminix and their service was great, but their bookkeeping skills are not good. The techs that come out are very polite, they give a call a head of time. But dealing with billing issues that I couldn't get fixed has me now looking for a pest control service. I cancelled one of my accounts, due to an up coming move, there was a payment on that account that was suppose to be moved to my quarterly pest control account. It took some doing but I got it straightened out, so I thought. I kept getting bills that I was past due, I'd call and was told they see what happened they will get it corrected. Then I make my payment that is due, and I get a letter that a payment is due? I call and Im told that payment was applied to the past due balance. So here we go again. After 3 times of trying to straighten this out I just gave up. And Im out $79.00 cause I just paid end of Feb for my next quarterly service. I work hard for my money too, so to just give it away is not something I want to do. And Im really disappointed that I had to because their service was good and I never had any pest issues. I hope the next company I find is just as good. I will keep my termite account with them, apparently bookkeeping can only manage one account per person. Sad to go.
