TerminixReviews of terminix.com

This company is lying to people telling customers that they are able to get rid off cockroaches and it’s a total scam...I signed with Terminix and they send this awful liar “Kandy” to my house, after the other representative first service didn’t work. Kandy was showing off how many years of experience she had, she did a treatment that fill up the house with cockroaches a 100 times more than before, they were roaches all over my house. I called and cancel the follow up appointment she still show up having someone else let her into our community gate, she acted surprised she didn’t know the appointment is canceled and she said, please let me see inside the house that liar claimed she successfully complete the visit and filed a claim so I couldn’t get my Guaranteed refund back...then her boss was in vacation everytime I called until I gave after several promise of calling me back.I warn you...DO NOT LET THESE THIEVES INSIDE YOUR HOME.

Almost $1000 later and I still had my problem. Bedbugs! I had to finish on my own. They never suggested anything helpful just wanted to sell covers and more months worth of coverage. Always left a mess never fulfilled the contract. The contract is useless! I hope they go out of business.

On their first visit they came in and driped something all over the middle of my hallway my living room and my bedrooms just making drips and messed up all of my hardwood floors . they sprayed outside for ants and I still had ants I called and canceled right away and they still send me 3 for bills a month for that one terrible service

We used their service for several years without problem but found a better alternative. We stopped our service yet they came out unannounced (at least they say they did) and charged us for a visit. We tried several times to get the charge of the unauthorized service to be reversed - unsuccessfully. They finally wore us out and we paid the bill. Not happily.

I haven't ever used Terminix, but I have been inundated by spam messages from them for weeks. I have never subscribed to them, never used their services, never even enquired about them, but still the spam mail comes. Any company that has to market themselves so aggressively should be avoided at all costs.

Terminix is very disappointing! Not only do they not show up as promised (I Left work early one day and was excited to meet the technician for a third visit to SOURCE a carpenter ant nest) but he never showed! After two initial treatments, I literally had carpenter ants in every room in the house including spreading to the upstairs bedrooms. Disgusting! I’ve asked for a refund and was promised a refund to arrive at least a month ago. The manager (Wilson) completely ignores my calls. The 800 number advised there’s no refund in process. They are horrible!

Called about fleas and the first time they came to spray my home, first they were a full hour late. They said they would be there between 8am and noon and didn't get there till 1pm. Spent less then 10 minutes in my house and left. He only sprayed around things. Didn't even get in the corners or behind anything. I was told to wait 4 hours then I can return home. Once I returned home I did everything by the book to help get rid of the flea, vacuumed and removed anything that could have flea in it. Absolutely nothing changed, my house was still infested. I have no pets, I got the fleas from a couch that was given to me, which has also been removed from my home. I called the next day to terminex and at first the manager, Mike tried to say I wasn't doing my part, as in treating my pet or vacuuming. I told him I have no pets and I vacuumed 7 times. Finally being on hold for some time they said they would be back the day after. Same guy came and I stayed in the house this time with him and he tried to do the same thing. I had to follow him all around and move my furniture just to get him to spray that area and made me feel like I was asking him to walk on water or something. I asked he wasn't spraying the whole floor not just the corners and I was told that's not how we do it when I know for a fact that is how other companies do. And sure enough when I went back home waiting 4 hours to return again, NOTHING CHANGED. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THERE JOB AND THEN TRY TO PUT IT ON YOU, LIKE YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG. USE ORKIN, THEY KNOW HOW TO DO THIER JOB!

After dealing with an ant problem I called Terminex. I wished that I had read the reviews first. They are all true. They promise services that they do not deliver. When you contact customer service they tell you a supervisor will get back to you. They never return your call. They say that they have a 100% satisfaction or money back guarantee. When you tell them about your dissatisfaction they refuse to honor the money back guarantee. DO NOT use this company. Call Orkin or a local company. This is the dirtiest company that I have ever dealt with.
