Trash. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Setting up my appointment was fine. The rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable and polite. I gave my credit card info to secure my reservation and My appointment was set up for a few days later between 8-12. I waited...no show. I called customer service, couldn't get through, requested a call back, took an hour...come to find out that if they set up your appointment it doesn't mean anything unless the manager approves it. They do not inform you of this when setting up an appointment, nor did anyone call to let me know that my RESERVED time wouldn't be met. They suck. All around just suck. If they can't even show up when scheduled I can't imagine how horrible their actual service must be.

I purchase a home which had a contract with terminex till August, I contacted them June 11th for service cause we found termite. I was told that they would not go out till I pay a renewal fee of $229. What a rip off, they are charging me for the service again. Don't use them.

I called terminix last week and I was told they would call me back with an appointment (I've already paid, I'm already a customer) but the ants are back. It's been a week, no one has called me. I called them again this morning and I got the recording that someone will call me back. They put me on hold and then I got the recording that they will call me back again. I am now a disgruntled CUSTOMER AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK !

Great service when they want to sign you up. Have spent thousands of dollars and the mice problem still exists. Must constantly call them to get a follow up appointment.

They are horrible! There is one good technician for pest control, hence the one star. Otherwise it would be nothing. The company and it's customer service is the absolute worst, and this branch is non-communicative. They used to schedule my services, but never tell me they were scheduled. They would just show up at my door. There is one who is so bad (and lazy) he complains about doing his job (when he shows up). One time, he rang the bell, and it took me like 30 seconds to get there - he was already walking away. When I called his name to let him know I was there - he RAN to his truck and sped out of my driveway. Seriously? I had to call them to reschedule. They said he had a busy day which is why he left. BS. Now, they don't even schedule my pest control contract (it's supposed to be done every 3 months) anymore. I have to call them, and then it takes an act of congress to get one. I emailed them 2 weeks ago requesting my service - no answer. So I called and she couldn't even find my information. Pathetic! I have now been waiting over 24 hours for a call back - they promised they would call me yesterday. I also called for an exclusion update - they scheduled it for the SAME DAY I called. Of course no one has shown up or called. Oh, and even though you have a contract they raise the price every year with NO NOTICE. I seriously need to find someone else. It's a shame a company that once had just a good reputation is now total sh**. They need to be shut down.

I have been with Terminix for over 16 years & since moving to Ky, have had one problem after another with their Huntington office. Many no shows, no calls, no return calls, one lie after another. They have been overcharging me, they charge me for 4000 sq ft & I only have 866 sq ft. They claim to have done service & took pictures of someone else's house. I have not had a quarterly since Sept of 2020. It is the worst customer service, they could care less about their customers! They show up without an appt, but won't show up with one, after waiting all day & putting all our animals up for the day. Read the reviews, this company is going down hill fast! Buyer Beware!!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Terminex called when my contract was up for renewal however I told them at the time I was not able to renew it. A few days later they had taken the money out of my account. I called multiple times and requested a refund. Two weeks later still no refund and when I called the service manager HUNTER he had promised me everything would be taken care of. That he got the OK to get a reimbursement of the money they took out of my account. Two weeks later I still haven’t received a check or credit to my checking account. I called again and I was told that there was a credit to the account for the money they took out. I told I didn’t understand why they would credit an account that was canceled. That’s when they told me the account and contract had not been canceled Then they said in order for me to get a refund I need to speak to the service manager. I told them I spoke with HUNTER extensively about the situation. Customer service said there was nothing they could do until I spoke with a service manager and that would have to wait until Monday if I could get through to somebody. With all of this happening Terminex said they would send somebody out to inspect the house for free because of all the problems and phone calls and aggravation I’ve been going through. That has not been done. I am still waiting for a credit of over 200 dollars with no guarantee of getting it. Also to add to this during the contract last year they came to ‘inspect’ and told me everything was fine however upon looking into the eaves we found a hornet’s nest. We bought long distance spray to kill them ourselves which was difficult since it was second story eave above the window I know this is a long winded review however I just want people to understand what goes on behind the scenes that when things do go wrong they don’t make any effort to make it right. I have spoken with at least seven people which is completely unnecessary. Be careful when signing up and do not have automatic payments taken out. Do not let them keep your credit card or checking account number on file. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and hopefully this review will give people some insight on when there is something not right, that you struggle to get help.

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!! AND THEY ARE LIARS!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE!! WILL AFFECT YOUR CREDIT, EVEN IF YOU PAID IN FULL! OVER CHARGE YOU!! DONT STAND BEHIND THERE WORD OR WORK!!!NOT EVEN WORTH IT! SHOULD OF JUST FOLLOWED MY FIRST MIND WITH READING ALL THE OTHERS THAT LEFT REVIEWS!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!!SUPER STRESSFULL SITUATION!!THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT WHATS IMPORTANT!!!
